Support Built Around What You're Facing

Every person's story is different. Individual sessions are tailored to you — here are some of the areas I work with most often.

Anxiety and Depression

Practical, evidence-based tools to quiet racing thoughts, lift heaviness, and feel steadier and more in control of your day-to-day.

Trauma, PTSD

A safe, paced space to process difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable — moving toward healing without pressure or judgment.

Grief and Loss

Support for navigating the pain of loss — whether recent or long-carried — with compassion and no timeline for how healing "should" look.

LGBTQ+ Support

Affirming, judgment-free care for identity exploration, coming out, relationships, and simply feeling safe being fully yourself.

Life Transitions

Guidance through big changes — new jobs, relationships, moves, or milestones — that can leave you feeling unmoored or unsure of your footing.

ADHD

Strategies for focus, organization, and emotional regulation, plus a space to work through the frustration that often comes with an ADHD brain.

Resources

A few tools and reminders to support you between sessions — and beyond. These are general resources, not a replacement for individualized care.

Coping Skills

Simple, practical strategies you can use in the moment when things feel like too much — from breathing techniques to reframing difficult thoughts.

Self-Assessments

Brief check-ins to help you reflect on how you're doing with anxiety, mood, and stress — a starting point for conversation, not a diagnosis.

Grounding Exercises

Techniques to bring you back to the present moment when anxiety, overwhelm, or trauma responses feel like they're taking over.

Sleep

Gentle guidance on building habits that support more restful, consistent sleep — often one of the first things anxiety and stress disrupt.

Stress

Ways to recognize stress before it builds up, and small, sustainable shifts that create more breathing room in daily life.

Coming Soon

This library will continue to grow with worksheets, guided exercises, and printable tools as the practice develops.
